Question 1

What is IQ Card?

Accepted Answer

IQ Card is a toolkit for real estate agents. It gives you a digital business card, a business card scanner, video messages for clients, a property list, and signed viewing sheets, all in one app.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Real estate agents and brokerage teams who want to share their details, follow up with clients and keep viewing records without paper.

Question 3

How do I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Tap Get started and sign up with your email, a magic link or Google. We email you a link to confirm your address before you can sign in.

Question 4

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

New accounts start with a free trial. Pricing details are shown in the app before your trial ends.

Question 5

What can I put on my card?

Accepted Answer

Your photo, name, title, brokerage, company logo, phones, WhatsApp, email, website, office address, licence number, bio, social links and selected listings.

Question 6

How do I share my card?

Accepted Answer

Share your card link, show your QR code, add it to your email signature, or add it to Apple Wallet. People don't need the app to open it.

Question 7

Can I have more than one card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Create extra cards from My card, for example a personal card and a brokerage card. Each has its own link, QR code, design and details. Your main card keeps its original link.

Question 8

Can I change how my card looks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In Card design, pick a layout, choose a brokerage theme (tap it again for another colour version), or set your own colours. You can also pull colours from your website or logo and save themes to reuse.

Question 9

Can I see who looked at my card?

Accepted Answer

Card activity shows views, link taps, contact saves and listing taps over 7, 30 or 90 days. It shows totals, not the names of people who viewed.

Question 10

What happens when someone saves my contact?

Accepted Answer

They get your details for their phone and are invited to share their own details with you. If they do, they appear in your Contacts marked Exchanged.

Question 11

How does card scanning work?

Accepted Answer

Take a photo of a paper business card or upload one. IQ Card reads the text and fills in the name, phone, email, title and company for you to check, then saves it to your Contacts.

Question 12

What is Video Drop?

Accepted Answer

Record or upload a short video (up to 2 minutes), link it to a listing or contact, and share it by WhatsApp, link or email. The email includes an animated preview, and you can see when it's watched.

Question 13

How do viewing sheets work?

Accepted Answer

Add the client and the properties you showed. Tap a property to fill in its reference and address. The client signs next to each property, you sign once, and IQ Card makes an A4 PDF you can email to the client and your office.

Question 14

Can I add my listings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add properties by hand, or import them from a PDF brochure or a web page and check the details. You choose which listings show on your card.

Question 15

Is there an iPhone or Android app?

Accepted Answer

The iPhone and Android apps are on the way. Until then, IQ Card works fully in your phone's web browser at prospectiq.biz.

Question 16

Do I need a connection?

Accepted Answer

Yes. IQ Card needs an internet connection. If you lose signal, you'll see a screen with a Try again button.

Question 17

Who can see my contacts and documents?

Accepted Answer

Only you. Your contacts, signatures, signed documents and private notes are private to your account. People with your card link only see what you choose to show.

Question 18

Are my videos public?

Accepted Answer

No. Videos are stored privately and can only be watched through the links you share.

Question 19

Can I delete my data?

Accepted Answer

You can delete card details, contacts, documents and videos at any time. To delete your whole account, email privacy@prospectiq.biz.
